HSBC’s Wealth Graduate Programme offers a dynamic, structured path to become a fully licensed Wealth Manager and future leader within HSBC Bank. Trainees receive formal training and on‑job exposure to prepare for a high‑impact sales role and professional qualifications, supported by HSBC globally.

You’ll learn through curated trainings, engage across International Wealth & Premier Banking, and gain experience with core systems, tools, and collaborative projects with colleagues worldwide.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate from any field or individuals with up to 3 years’ relevant industry experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Must possess valid work authorization in Malaysia
• Ready for employment in November 2026
• Willingness to complete 3 months training in KL HQ

• Prepare and learn to get your required licenses and professional qualifications, fully supported by the company, to enable you to operate legally and competently in a frontline sales capacity.
