Job summary

HSBC Bank Malaysia Berhad is launching a Wealth Graduate Programme designed to train fresh graduates into fully licensed Wealth Managers and future leaders. You will receive formal training, on-the-job exposure, and structured mentorship to build core banking and wealth-management skills.

Throughout the programme you’ll learn key systems, analytics, sales fundamentals, and obtain required licenses with comprehensive support, preparing you for a frontline client-facing career in wealth management.

• Collaborate and partner with colleagues across the network to share insights, leverage internal resources, and support a cohesive business strategy.


• Prepare and learn to get your required licenses and professional qualifications, fully supported by the company, to enable you to operate legally and competently in a frontline sales capacity.

What We Need

• A fresh graduate from any field or individuals with up to 3 years’ relevant industry experience


• Possess a strong leadership presence complemented by proven teamworking experience.


• Excellent communication and presentation skills, essential for engaging clients and internal partners.


• Must possess valid work authorization in Malaysia and be ready for employment in November 2026


• Must be able to complete 3 months training in KL HQ
