Job summary

Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad is seeking a proactive team member to support Service & Relationship Management, Sales Support, and Administration/Compliance functions in the Sarawak branch. The role collaborates closely with CRMs to service wealthy clients, manage referrals, and ensure accurate documentation for investment transactions and banking operations.

In this position, you will help maintain customer portfolios, participate in marketing activities, and assist in regulatory compliance

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers and assist CRMs in wealth product transactions and account openings.
• Assist CRMs to attend to referrals/leads when CRM is unavailable (training, appointments, leave).
• Produce correspondences (letters, inquiries) within specified turnaround times.
• Assist CRMs to review customer accounts and perform service calls as needed.
• Assist to update CRM customer portfolios when a CRM resigns, ensuring back-up coverage.
• Assist in handling customer complaints referred by CRM, investigate and provide complete resolution.
