Job summary

Qualifications

University degree in a scientific-technical field (Materials Science, Physics or Electrical Engineering) is required.
Several years of semiconductor tech experience and strong problem-solving skills.
Solid technical background in frontend or backend processing and integration.
Excellent analytical and strategic mindset with high-quality standards.
Knowledge of statistical methods and data-driven decision making.
Excellent cross-functional communication and willingness to travel internationally on demand.

Responsibilities

Lead problem-solving teams and support WBG program with SiC and GaN.
Contribute to complex development or innovation projects for next-gen power semiconductors.
Apply and improve problem-solving methodology with rigorous data analysis.
Continuously enhance technical expertise in base material, metallization, passivation, and frontend/backend interaction.
Drive improvement projects during innovation, development, and product ramp-up.
Collaborate with R&D partners, frontend/backend unit processes, integration and external scientists.
