Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and process issues.
Conduct water quality testing and system performance optimization.
Provide technical training to customers on system operation.
Complete detailed service reports and maintain documentation.
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
Collaborate with Customer Service for billing/invoicing on delivered jobs.
