Job summary

Private Advertiser seeks a Water Theme Park Manager to lead pre-opening setup and full operational management of a new water theme park. You will oversee daily operations, guest experience, safety, and profitability while driving revenue through strategic partnerships.

The role requires extensive senior management experience in theme park or leisure operations, with strong leadership and financial acumen. On-site role with weekend/public holiday flexibility is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, tourism or related field.
• 8–10 years in theme park or leisure operations with senior management experience.
• Pre-opening / setup experience for a park or large facility is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and team-building ability.
• Commercial acumen in pricing, revenue management and sales planning.
• Financial literacy with budget and P&L accountability.
• Strong safety, compliance and crisis-management awareness.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• On-site; flexible to work weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-opening & park setup, including staffing, SOPs and vendor coordination.
• Conduct market surveys, pricing analysis and revenue planning for opening.
• Oversee daily operations, guest services, maintenance, safety, F&B and security; drive visitor experience.
• Drive revenue through marketing partnerships and sales channels; report KPIs.
• Manage budgets, costs, manpower and safety compliance; monitor profitability.

Job description

The Water Theme Park Manager leads the pre-opening setup and full operational management of the Group's new water theme park — overseeing daily operations, commercial performance, safety, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Pre-Opening & Park Setup

• Lead operational planning, SOPs, staffing and vendor coordination ahead of park opening.
• Establish safety procedures and ensure full opening readiness.

2. Market Survey & Business Planning

• Conduct competitor and market surveys; analyse pricing and visitor trends.
• Recommend ticketing, packages, promotions and revenue strategies.

3. Daily Operations & Management

• Oversee attractions, guest services, maintenance, cleanliness, security and F&B.
• Ensure a consistently high standard of overall visitor experience.
• Drive visitor numbers and revenue through marketing campaigns and partnerships.
• Develop tour agency, school, corporate and other sales channels.

5. Financial, Safety & Performance Management

• Manage budgets, costs, manpower and safety compliance.
• Report on operational KPIs and drive continuous improvement in profitability and performance.

Requirements :
