Job summary

NXP Semiconductors is seeking a Sustainable Manufacturing Water Program Manager to drive water recycling and stewardship across its manufacturing sites. The role coordinates with leadership and site teams to implement strategy and governance.

The candidate will develop processes, reports, and analytics to achieve water reduction and reuse goals, while leading cross-functional collaboration and ensuring timely updates for forecasting and governance. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 12 years of related experience (or equivalent).
• 5+ years in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Program or project leadership experience; PMP preferred.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; Power BI and data visualization skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement the sustainable manufacturing strategy and roadmap for water recycling and water stewardship across sites.
• Develop business processes, training, reports, and analytics to reach water targets.
• Ensure Technical Project Review via review board for water projects.
