Job summary

Pure N Fresh Marketing Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing Executive in Penang to drive growth through appointments, quotations and close collaboration with internal teams.

The role requires traveling to client sites and evolving e-commerce presence. Qualification includes a Diploma or higher, 1–3 years in sales/marketing, and strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Experience with water filtration products is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years in sales and marketing.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel for customer visits.
• Experience in selling water filtration products and project coordination will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and conduct customer visits to promote company products and services.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and commercial terms and close sales to achieve target.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, social media, websites, email marketing and any other sales channels.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Develop and maintain relationship with Corporate and Government-Linked Company (GLC).
• Manage sales projects such as understand project requirements, monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and excellent after sales service.
• Participate in marketing activities, product promotions, exhibitions, and events when required.
• Optimize e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and any other online marketplaces.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
