Job summary

IDEAL QUALITY 3 SDN BHD is seeking a warehouse staff in Malaysia to handle the receipt, storage and distribution of formers and related materials. You will load/unload, operate forklift/reach truck, and ensure orderly storage in the Former Warehouse, coordinating with production for timely supply.

Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience, proficiency with Excel/Word, and a valid GDL/Class D license are preferred.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of working experience, preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Able to operate forklift and reach truck safely and efficiently.
Possess a valid GDL / Class D driving licence will be an added advantage.
Preferably with experience in warehouse operations, inventory handling, or logistics.

Responsibilities

Transfer former materials between the Former Warehouse and production plants.
Supply former bins, bags, cartons and materials to the production department.
Receive and unload formers from suppliers.
Load and unload formers for offline sandblasting activities.
Coordinate and handle disposal of damaged or obsolete formers.
Arrange and organize former pallets within the Former Warehouse.
Ensure warehouse cleanliness, tidiness and proper organization.
Assist in maintaining former-related documentation and records.
Ensure warehouse activities are carried out safely according to procedures.
Coordinate with production and other departments to ensure timely supply of formers and materials.
