Job summary

MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions, a business segment of Element Solutions Inc (NYSE: ESI), is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Penang, Malaysia to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient storage, handling, and distribution of materials and finished goods.

You will support production, supply chain, and customer delivery objectives while maintaining safety and efficiency, with responsibilities including inventory movements, labeling, and forklift operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification will be required.
• Minimum 2 years related working experience in a manufacturing environment with warehouse operations.
• Must have a driving licence and forklift driving experience/license.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inward and outward movement of inventories.
• Ensure raw materials and finished products are stored orderly and identified.
• Maintain security for handling and storage of inventories.
• Verify receipts and issue inventories and document properly.
• Record all inventory movements in inventory records.
• Assist in physical verification and reconciliation of inventories.
• Maintain stores cleanliness and general upkeep.
• Operate forklift safely in store and production areas.
• Prepare daily finished goods and empty drums reports.
• Inspect finished products against shipping checklists before delivery.
• Ensure correct labeling for deliveries and export containers when required.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
