Job summary

EZYTRONIC SDN BHD is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor in Malaysia to lead day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks. You will supervise receiving, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch, while maintaining inventory accuracy and accuracy of records.

The role requires 3+ years in warehousing, experience with ERP/WMS, staff leadership and strong Excel reporting skills. A 5.5-day work week applies, with overtime during peak periods.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse experience with supervisory duties.
• Hands-on knowledge of receiving, GRN, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Experience with inventory control, cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
• Familiar with ERP/WMS systems and proper warehouse documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure tasks are completed on time and accurately.
• Coordinate receiving, unloading, checking, GRN, put-away and storage activities.
• Ensure outgoing orders are picked, packed and dispatched per schedule.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, stock traceability and documentation.
• Lead warehouse staff, assign duties and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Operations and Logistics for smooth order fulfilment.
