SPX Express in Sabah is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to delegate tasks for sorters and drivers, receive parcels, and coordinate daily activities with drivers to ensure on-time delivery.

You will monitor driver behavior, assist the fleet team lead with training, and report KPI compliance while upholding safety SOPs for in-hub parcel collection. Working location is Kampung Merotai Besar, Sabah.

The role follows a 45-hour week with a rotational shift schedule; overtime may be required.

Formación

• Legally allowed to work in Sabah
• Candidates based in Kampung Merotai Besar encouraged to apply
• Willing to work on a rotational shift basis
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience in logistics operations would be an advantage
• Familiarity with postcodes / routing / mapping would be of good use
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to deal with ambiguous situations
• Fast learner, comfortable with a dynamic environment
• Diploma / Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines is advantageous
• Working pattern: 45 working hours weekly, Rotational shift schedule, Overtime if required

• Coordinate and schedule daily activities with drivers to ensure all delivery activities are carried out in a timely manner
