Job summary

Flex is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our Prai, Penang team. You will oversee shipping, receiving and distribution, ensure accurate order fulfillment, and maintain stock levels for maximum profitability.

You’ll perform quality checks on all goods, manage inventory counts, and coordinate with purchasing and production to keep sites well stocked and safe. Prior experience in materials and a bachelor’s degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Typically requires 5 years of materials experience, with advanced experience using MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversees shipping, receiving and distribution of goods.
• Ensures orders delivered are accurately and efficiently filled.
• Performs quality assurance checks on all products received before stocking or distributing goods.
• Maintains proper levels of stock in warehouse to ensure maximum profitability.
• Maintains files on all equipment and conducts routine inventory counts.
• Ensures sites are adequately stocked and warehouse is safe and orderly.

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Warehouse Supervisor located in Prai, Pulau Pinang.

What a typical day looks like:

• Oversees the shipping, receiving and distribution of goods.
• Ensures orders delivered are accurately and efficiently filled.
• Performs quality assurance checks on all products received before stocking or distributing goods.
• Maintains proper levels of stock in warehouse to ensure maximum profitability.
• Maintains files on all equipment. Conducts routine and periodic inventory counts on warehouse
• Accountable for ordering necessary equipment.
• Ensures sites are adequately and routinely stocked.
• Ensures warehouse is maintained in an efficient, neat and safe manner.
• Accountable for the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Typically requires 5 years of materials experience, with advanced experience using (MRP) systems or related field.
