Job summary

Flex in Penang is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee shipping, receiving and distribution of goods at Prai, Pulau Pinang. You will ensure orders are accurately and efficiently filled and conduct QA checks on all products received before stocking or distributing.

The ideal candidate typically has a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and about 5 years of materials experience, with advanced experience using MRP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Approximately 5 years of materials experience with emphasis on warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Experience using MRP systems or related software.

Responsibilities

• Oversees shipping, receiving and distribution of goods.
• Ensures orders are filled accurately and efficiently.
• Performs QA checks on all products received before stocking or distributing goods.
• Maintains stock levels to support profitability.

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Warehouse Supervisor located in Prai, Pulau Pinang.

What a typical day looks like:

• Oversees the shipping, receiving and distribution of goods.
• Ensures orders delivered are accurately and efficiently filled.
• Performs quality assurance checks on all products received before stocking or distributing goods.
• Maintains proper levels of stock in warehouse to ensure maximum profitability.
• Maintains files on all equipment. Conducts routine and periodic inventory counts on warehouse
• Accountable for ordering necessary equipment.
• Ensures sites are adequately and routinely stocked.
• Ensures warehouse is maintained in an efficient, neat and safe manner.
• Accountable for the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Typically requires 5 years of materials experience, with advanced experience using (MRP) systems or related field.
