Job summary

Toll Group in Malaysia is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch. You will lead staff, train teams and monitor productivity to ensure on-time order fulfillment.

You will ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock reconciliation, maintain a safe, clean workplace, and comply with company policies. You must be entitled to work in Malaysia and be prepared for pre-employment checks.

• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Lead, train, and monitor warehouse personnel to ensure productivity and performance.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through proper stock control, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Monitor staff attendance, work allocation, and shift scheduling.
