Qualifications

• Familiarity with inventory management systems and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Physical ability to work in a warehouse environment, including lifting and moving materials.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our new semiconductor manufacturing facility in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. This role involves managing inbound activities, kitting, and overseeing warehouse operations to ensure seamless production processes. The successful candidate will optimize warehouse procedures, drive efficiency, and uphold high inventory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Kitting Operations: Ensure accurate and timely delivery of materials to production lines.
2. Receiving and Inbound Management: Oversee incoming shipments and quality inspections.
3. Inventory Control: Maintain precise inventory records, conduct cycle counts, and optimize stock levels.
4. Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff to meet goals and safety standards.
5. Process Improvement: Identify and implement warehouse process enhancements.
6. Coordination: Work with production, procurement, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
