Job summary

• Reply emails from customers and planners within 24 hours.
• Ensure correct wave of shop picking per schedule and uphold 5S and warehouse SOPs.

Key Accountabilities

• Responsible for monitor & run Outbound / Online order operation.
• Responsible to achieve outbound / online order fulfilment KPI.
• Responsible for replying email from customer & planners within 24 hours
• Ensure wave the correct shop picking according to schedule and based on urgent request.
• Responsible to ensure KPI dashboard monitoring on daily basis.

2. Duties

• Monitor daily BY system order transaction.
• Monitor emails and reply accordingly.
• Ensure everyone follow warehouse SOP.
• Ensure on warehouse 5S and Safety

Education and Experience

• SPM/DIPLOMA or must be able to read, write and expert on calculation.

Languages and Communication Skills

• Malay

Computer Skills

• Excel knowledge will be an advantage.
