Sentina Logistics is seeking a Management Trainee – Warehouse Operation to gain hands-on experience across receiving, picking, packing, and sorting. You will learn to use our WMS, manage inventory, and track shipments while supporting daily inbound and outbound flow.

Qualifications

• Foundation training to learn basics of warehouse operations.
• WMS basics: learn to manage inventory and generate reports.
• Interest in pursuing a career in Supply Chain and Logistics.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on warehouse tasks to understand the flow of goods.
• Learn and operate the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Assist in coordinating inbound and outbound activities to meet delivery timelines.
• Support Senior Management in identifying process gaps and efficiency improvements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in alignment with standards.
