Job summary

Printpack (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a detail-focused Warehouse Operations professional to manage receiving, storage, picking and issuing of raw materials and finished goods at our Johor facility.

You will ensure accurate records, proper documentation, and maintain a clean, safe workspace. The role includes inventory control, warehouse documentation, and coordination with Production, Purchasing, QA, Logistics and Sales, with translation support in Mandarin/English/Malay as required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Warehouse Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia; reading/writing Mandarin is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented approach.
• Experience with warehouse inventory and ERP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily receiving, checking, storage, picking and issuing of materials and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks and reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain warehouse documents (GRN, DO, requisitions) and ensure traceability.
• Provide Mandarin/English/Malay translation for management and staff as needed.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, QA, Logistics and Sales to manage material movements.
