This role involves supervising a team of warehouse associates, maintaining safety standards, optimizing workflow, and contributing to the overall productivity and organization of the Cadbury Shah Alam warehouse. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to operational excellence.
How you will contribute:
Education: Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment. At least 1-2 years of experience in a lead, supervisory, or team leader role. Experience with food manufacturing or consumer goods warehousing is highly desirable.
Physical Requirements Ability to work in various warehouse conditions.
