Carsem (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations in Ipoh, Malaysia, managing receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory control. You will lead a team, ensure safety, and drive process improvements within a robust manufacturing environment.

The role requires 1–3 years in logistics or warehousing, a relevant degree, and strong leadership and communication skills. The position focuses on compliance, efficiency, and the successful use of WMS systems.

Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory handling, and goods dispatch.
• Monitor stock levels, conduct inventory audits, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and promptly resolve stock discrepancies.
• Train, supervise, and lead warehouse personnel, including task allocation and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and operational standards.
• Optimize warehouse layout, workflows, and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Implement and maintain Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and warehouse technologies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
