Job summary

INTRETECH (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead a large warehouse team and oversee end-to-end operations including receiving, storage, inventory control and outbound logistics.

This is a critical leadership role focused on operational efficiency, safety, ISO/RBA compliance, and driving continuous improvement and digital transformation through ERP/WMS implementations. You will collaborate with production, planning, procurement, logistics and finance to ensure seamless supply

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or Business Administration.
• 7–10 years’ warehouse/logistics experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
• Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, RBA compliance and warehouse audit requirements.
• Proven leadership in managing large warehouse teams in a manufacturing or EMS environment.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• High integrity, results-driven, and passionate about operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, packing, distribution).
• Implement Warehouse Management Systems (ERP/WMS) to achieve high inventory accuracy.
• Optimize warehouse layout, space utilization, and material flow for maximum efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, RBA requirements, and safety regulations.
• Drive lean warehousing practices (5S, Kaizen, FIFO/FEFO, cost control).
• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing warehouse team.
• Collaborate with production, planning, procurement, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless supply chain support.
