Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar warehouse or inventory management role.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management principles and inventory control techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Knowledge in ISO 9001 / 14000 Quality Management System is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the warehouse team in daily operations.
• Implement and maintain inventory management systems to ensure accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
• Supervise daily activities including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics and shipping.
• Train and manage staff to address day-to-day issues and achieve performance goals.
• Ensure accurate stock in and out records.
• Oversee loading and unloading of materials and goods.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the warehouse.
• Prepare detailed reports to support inventory analysis.
