Job summary

ROHLIG MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and lead staff with minimal supervision.

You will coordinate with shipping, customer service, and internal teams to maintain smooth workflows and timely order fulfillment. The role requires 2–3 years in warehouse operations and at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/Certificate; Diploma adds advantage.
• 2-3 years in warehouse ops; 1 year preferred in supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and inventory handling.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities: receiving, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch.
• Monitor staff attendance, productivity, and performance.
• Ensure orders are accurate and delivered on time.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with stock checks and cycle counts.
• Keep transactions and documentation updated accurately.
• Coordinate with shipping, transport, and internal teams.
• Maintain housekeeping, safety, and equipment upkeep.
• Assist in manpower planning and task allocation.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
