Job summary

AMCHARGE SDN BHD is seeking a Warehouse Executive in Malaysia to manage receiving, put-away, stock control, and order dispatch, ensuring smooth material flow. Eligibility includes a Diploma or Degree in a related field and 2–5 years’ warehousing experience with WMS proficiency.

The role requires analytical thinking, people leadership, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to maintain accuracy and on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in warehousing, inventory, or supervisory roles.
• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) proficiency.
• Analytical problem-solving skills.
• People leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage receiving, goods staging, put-away, storage systems, and order dispatch to maintain smooth material flow
• Monitor stock levels, handle cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and manage system entries
• Coordinate daily shift teams and enforce workplace health and safety standards
• Handle training or compliance audits
• Liaise with procurement, transport, and customer service teams to ensure on-time deliveries and documentation accuracy
