Job summary

ELLAZIQ (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is seeking a Warehouse Executive to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure accurate inventory, and maintain HALAL and food safety compliance.

The role involves coordinating receiving, storage, dispatch, batch tracking, and FIFO/FEFO adherence, plus monthly stock counts and variance reporting.

Candidates should have a relevant diploma/bachelor, 1-2 years in food manufacturing warehousing, and proficiency with AX and Excel, with strong safety awareness.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of warehouse operations experience in food manufacturing or FMCG cold-chain
• Familiar with AX ERP and Microsoft Excel
• Understanding of FIFO/FEFO, inventory control methods, and workplace safety guidelines
• Ensure warehouse practices comply with HALAL, HACCP, VHM, FSSC and local regulatory standards

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily receiving, storage, and dispatch operations for finished goods, raw materials, and packaging items
• Manage stock allocations, inter-facility transfers, and batch tracking traceability
• Maintain raw material and finished goods layout to ensure FIFO/FEFO
• Plan and execute loading/unloading schedules with drivers and logistics personnel
• Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders
• Conduct monthly physical stock counts and reconciliations against AX system records
• Investigate stock discrepancies, identify root causes, and submit variance reports
• Monitor, track, and regularly report expiry dates to optimize shelf-life and inventory status
• Issue work orders to production and generate material picking lists for warehouse & spice room
• Enforce hygiene and safety standards required for food manufacturing storage facilities
