Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or supply chain operations.
• Hands-on proficiency in warehouse management software and ERP systems (e.g., Wavelet, SAP, or similar).
• Strong analytical skills for complex reporting (SQL is an advantage).
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong understanding of physical audit procedures and inventory reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day inbound and outbound operations, ensuring timely, secure, and accurate order fulfillment and dispatch to retail branches and clients.
• Enforce a structured warehouse job scope across the floor, ensuring all incoming shipments are properly received, inspected, and routed.
• Manage the safe handling, sorting, and storage of inventory, minimizing damage and optimizing warehouse space.
• Maintain rigorous stock records using ERP systems and generate detailed inventory, stock movement, and sales return reports.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and stock audits, investigating and reconciling discrepancies.
