Job summary

FLEXTRONICS TECHNOLOGY (PENANG) SDN BHD is seeking a Warehouse Manager located in Batu Kawan, Penang. You will oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution, directing staff to implement efficient warehouse operations.

The role focuses on continuous improvement, automation, cost savings, and space optimization while coordinating with production, planning, and buyers to ensure smooth logistics in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience with extensive knowledge of purchasing policies and practice.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations with advanced experience using MRP systems.
• Demonstrates expert functional, technical and people and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal).

Responsibilities

• Drive warehouse improvement projects.
• Coordinate with warehouse supervisors & leaders for new process implementations.
• Ensure continuous improvement and automation of standard warehouse processes.
• Work with internal stakeholders (production, planner, buyer, PM) to ensure smooth warehouse operation.
• Drive cost savings for warehouse related activities and operations.
• Optimize warehouse space.
• Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by enforcing policies and procedures.
• Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing security procedures and monitoring.
