Flextronics - The Flex Company in Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead a high-volume distribution and warehousing operation in Batu Kawan, Penang. You will oversee staff, coordinate with production, planners and buyers to ensure smooth warehouse activities and optimal space utilization.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, cost control, and adherence to local warehousing requirements while driving automation and process standardization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations with advanced experience using MRP systems.
• Demonstrates expert functional, technical and people/process management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive warehouse improvement projects.
• Coordinate with warehouse supervisors & leaders for new process implementation.
• Ensure continuous improvement and automation to standard warehouse processes.
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth warehouse operation.
• Drive cost savings and optimize warehouse space.
• Maintain receiving, warehousing and distribution operations and compliance.
