Job summary

Flextronics - The Flex Company is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor based in Prai or Batu Kawan, Penang. You will supervise warehouse operations including shipping and receiving raw materials and finished goods, and maintain accurate inventory records.

Ideal candidates typically hold a bachelor’s degree and have about 5 years of materials experience or hands-on experience with MRP systems. A comprehensive benefits package and performance bonuses are offered.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or equivalent experience is typically required.
Typically requires 5 years of materials experience or experience using MRP systems or related field.

Responsibilities

Oversee shipping, receiving and distribution of goods.
Ensure orders are filled accurately and efficiently.
Perform quality assurance checks on all products received before stocking or distributing.
Maintain proper stock levels to ensure warehouse profitability.
Maintain files on all equipment.
Conduct routine and periodic inventory counts.
Order necessary equipment.
Ensure sites are adequately stocked and the warehouse is kept clean, safe and efficient.
Oversee maintenance and upkeep of warehouse facilities.
