Job summary

Chuan Sin in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations. You will lead warehouse assistants, ensure adherence to SOPs and regulations, monitor discipline, and coordinate with internal departments to align workflow.

This role requires hands-on handling of ERP/WMS transactions, FIFO/FEFO practices, regular inventory counts, and maintaining safety standards such as HACCP and GMP.

Qualifications

• Ability to supervise warehouse operations across sections/areas.
• Willingness to support shift rotation and backup supervisors.
• Compliance with SOP, HACCP, GMP, and safety standards.
• Capability to perform physical warehouse tasks if required.
• Responsibility in maintaining discipline and enforcing company rules.
• Ability to maintain records and reporting in a timely manner.
• Flexibility to support ad hoc tasks assigned by superior.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead warehouse assistants in daily operations
• Ensure team adherence to SOPs, rules, and regulations
• Monitor discipline and report attendance or conduct issues
• Monitor FIFO/FEFO practices and report discrepancies
• Conduct daily, monthly, and periodic inventory counts
• Perform ERP/WMS transactions accurately
• Verify receiving, issuing, and loading accuracy
• Handle NC, RMA, DMR processes and corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and safety standards
• Ensure workplace safety and report defects
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping
• Monitor forklift and facility maintenance records
• Liaise with internal departments for work alignment
• Report issues such as slow-moving/obsolete stock
• Train, guide, and monitor warehouse assistants’ performance
• Support manpower planning and backup roles
• Handle ad hoc tasks and operational support as assigned
