Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan RF Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a seasoned Warehouse Manager for a global electronics manufacturer expanding its operations in Malaysia. You will oversee inbound/outbound logistics, SKU control for small items and raw materials, and manage an environment-controlled area for sensitive products.

The role requires hands-on warehouse experience in electronics manufacturing, leadership of a 10-strong team, and a proven track record in inventory accuracy and ramp-up support.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant warehouse experience in electronics manufacturing.
• Hands-on warehouse experience with inbound & outbound operations.
• Strong understanding of SKU management and inventory control.

• Manage warehouse operations including inbound/outbound, SKU control of small items and raw materials.
• Handle products such as chips, transistors, PCBs, and boxes for assembly.
• Manage environment-controlled room for specific products.
• Supervise a team of 10 warehouse operators.

About the role

Key responsibilities

Manage warehouse operations including in/out and SKU of small items and raw materials

Handle products including chips, transistors, PCB, and boxes to assemble items

Manage environment controlled room for specific products

Supervise 10 operators reporting into the role

About You

10+ years of relevant warehouse experience

Background from an electronics manufacturing company with hands-on warehouse experience

Strong understanding of inbound & outbound operations, SKU management, small electronic components and raw materials

Experience handling electronic components such as chips, transistors, PCB and related materials

Familiar with inventory control, stock accuracy and warehouse management

Experience managing and leading a team of warehouse operators

Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and supporting warehouse expansion / production ramp-up

Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
