Job summary

LEN WOH (SEREMBAN) SDN. BHD. is seeking a Warehouse + Logistic Assistant (FMCG) Mandarin Speaker to support receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch operations. You will help maintain stock accuracy, organize the warehouse, and assist with loading/unloading while following safety procedures.

The role suits individuals with basic calculations, reliability, and teamwork, and may involve overtime. Mandarin language ability is required for coordination with suppliers and customers.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is an advantage; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual work, including lifting and moving goods when required.
• Able to read, write, and perform basic calculations.
• Responsible, punctual, honest, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
• Forklift operation experience or a valid forklift certificate is an advantage, if applicable.
• Able to follow instructions and comply with warehouse safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, check, and store incoming goods according to company procedures.
• Pick, sort, and prepare goods according to delivery orders and pick lists, ensuring correct products and quantities before delivery.
• Ensure the accuracy of stock quantities and product conditions during receiving and dispatching.
• Assist in loading and unloading goods from delivery trucks.
• Arrange and organize stocks properly to keep the warehouse clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
• Conduct regular stock checks and participate in stocktaking activities.
• Monitor stock movement and report discrepancies, damaged goods, or expired products to the supervisor.
• Follow company safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
