Job summary

V MAX HARDWARE SDN BHD is seeking a Storekeeper/Warehouse Assistant to maintain accurate inventory and stock records on a daily basis. You will count items, verify incoming and outgoing goods against delivery orders, and keep the warehouse organized for safety and efficiency.

You should have basic math skills, be detail-oriented, honest, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Immediate availability and Monday–Saturday workdays are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse inventory control and stock counting processes.
• Ability to count accurately and handle basic math.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, honest and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage, update, and maintain accurate daily inventory and stock records.
• Manually check, count, and ensure 100% accuracy of incoming/outgoing goods against DOs.
• Organize warehouse layout for efficient space utilization, safety and cleanliness.
• Perform regular stock takes and report discrepancies to management.
• Coordinate with logistics team for daily delivery arrangements.
