Job summary

Masimo in Pasir Gudang, Malaysia seeks a Warehouse Clerk to handle receiving, warehousing, kitting, and shipping for multiple Masimo facilities. You will ensure accurate material handling and proper documentation while maintaining safety standards and good housekeeping.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, material movement, and coordination of paperwork to support on-time shipments and inventory accuracy across the site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in inventory controls and practices.
• Ability to read, understand and follow quality policy.
• Experience in control of documents and material traceability.
• Experience in following warehouse systems.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and warehousing (put away) raw materials according to policies.
• Kitting of Jobs for manufacturing and maintain lot traceability.
• Ship materials and finished goods to other Masimo plants following procedures.
• Direct shipments to customers following procedures.
• Perform cycle counts and investigate discrepancies to find root cause.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify shortages.
• Maintain material movement records and reconcile paperwork.
• Participate in inventory audits and maintain housekeeping.
• Ensure safety compliance in the warehouse.
