Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our logistics team in Negeri Sembilan. You will receive, unpack, store goods, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in a relevant field and has 1-2 years of warehouse experience. Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus, and you must operate equipment safely while keeping an organized, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• Diploma in a relevant field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Physical stamina to lift and move heavy objects.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and store incoming goods accurately.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to specifications.
• Maintain inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
• Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks.
• Identify and report any damaged or missing inventory.
