Job summary

Flex is seeking a Warehouse Analyst in Prai, Penang to support data-driven warehouse activities from shipping to receiving raw materials and finished goods, while maintaining inventory records. The role focuses on data analysis, reporting and ensuring data integrity across multiple sources.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree with 1 year in materials or a related field; background in electronics manufacturing is a plus.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Prefer a minimum of 1 year of experience in materials or related field.
• A background in electronics manufacturing is desired.

Responsibilities

• Audits data for accuracy and prepares summary reports, spreadsheets, graphics and charts based on data investigation.
• May assist in preparing recommendations to management based on data investigation.
• Collects, compiles, analyzes and presents various types of data.
• Prepares summary reports, spreadsheets and charts from multiple sources, and may create/maintain databases to support data collection.
• Audits data and resolves data integrity issues as they arise.
• Proactively identifies and escalates potential issues related to metrics.
• Tracks warehouse management performance and initiates corrective actions when required.
• Designs, manages and controls data investigation tools.
