Job summary

Flex is seeking a Warehouse Analyst in Prai, Penang to support data-driven warehouse activities from shipping to receiving raw materials and finished goods, while maintaining inventory records. The role focuses on data analysis, reporting and ensuring data integrity across multiple sources.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree with 1 year in materials or a related field; background in electronics manufacturing is a plus.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Prefer a minimum of 1 year of experience in materials or related field.
• A background in electronics manufacturing is desired.

Responsibilities

• Audits data for accuracy and prepares summary reports, spreadsheets, graphics and charts based on data investigation.
• May assist in preparing recommendations to management based on data investigation.
• Collects, compiles, analyzes and presents various types of data.
• Prepares summary reports, spreadsheets and charts from multiple sources, and may create/maintain databases to support data collection.
• Audits data and resolves data integrity issues as they arise.
• Proactively identifies and escalates potential issues related to metrics.
• Tracks warehouse management performance and initiates corrective actions when required.
• Designs, manages and controls data investigation tools.

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Warehouse Analyst located in Prai, Penang. Responsible for providing data analysis to help warehouse activities including shipping and receiving raw materials and/or finished goods and maintaining inventory and associated records.

What a typical day looks like

• Assists in auditing data for accuracy and preparing summary reports, spreadsheets, graphics and charts based on the investigation of data.
• May assist in the preparation of recommendations to management based on the investigation of data.
• Collects, compiles, analyzes and presents various types of data.
• Prepares summary reports, spreadsheets, and charts based on investigation of data from multiple sources, May create and/or maintain databases in support of data collection.
• Audits data.
• Test and resolves data integrity issues, including but not limited to quotations.
• Proactively identifies and escalates potential issues related to metrics.
• Where applicable, suggest process/communication improvements relative to metric tracking activities.
• Tracks warehouse management performance, and initiate corrective actions when required.
• Design, manage and control all data investigation tools
