Job summary

FLEXTRONICS TECHNOLOGY (PENANG) SDN BHD is seeking a Warehouse Analyst to support data-driven warehouse activities in Prai, Penang. You will handle shipping/receiving of materials, maintain inventory records, and contribute to process improvements.

The role involves auditing data, preparing reports and dashboards, and optimizing metric tracking. A bachelor’s degree is preferred with 1+ year in materials or related field and a background in electronics manufacturing is desirable.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Prefer a minimum of 1 year of experience in materials or related field.
• A background in electronics manufacturing is desired.

Responsibilities

• Audits data. Test and resolves data integrity issues, including data related to quotations.
• Collects, compiles, analyzes and presents various types of data.
• Prepares summary reports, spreadsheets, and charts based on investigation of data from multiple sources.
• May create and/or maintain databases in support of data collection.
• Tracks warehouse management performance and initiates corrective actions when required.

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Warehouse Analyst located in Prai, Penang.

Responsible for providing data analysis to help warehouse activities including shipping and receiving raw materials and/or finished goods and maintaining inventory and associated records.

What a typical day looks like:

• Assists in auditing data for accuracy and preparing summary reports, spreadsheets, graphics and charts based on the investigation of data.
• May assist in the preparation of recommendations to management based on the investigation of data.
• Collects, compiles, analyzes and presents various types of data.
• Prepares summary reports, spreadsheets, and charts based on investigation of data from multiple sources,
• May create and/or maintain databases in support of data collection.
• Audits data. Test and resolves data integrity issues, including but not limited to quotations.
• Proactively identifies and escalates potential issues related to metrics.
• Where applicable, suggest process/communication improvements relative to metric tracking activities.
• Tracks warehouse management performance, and initiate corrective actions when required.
• Design, manage and control all data investigation tools

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Typically requires a Bachelor degree in related field or equivalent experience.
