Job summary

Flex is seeking a Warehouse Analyst in Prai, Penang, Malaysia to support data-driven warehouse activities. You will assist in auditing data, preparing summary reports, and maintaining data integrity across inventory, shipping and receiving processes.

The role requires a bachelor degree in a related field and ideally 1 year of experience in materials. Electronics manufacturing experience is a plus; medical/dental benefits and other standard perks are offered.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Prefer a minimum of 1 year of experience in materials or related field.
• A background in electronics manufacturing is desired.

Responsibilities

• Audit data for accuracy and prepare summary reports, spreadsheets, graphics and charts based on data investigations.
• Collect, compile, analyse and present various types of data from multiple sources.
• Prepare summary reports and charts to support management decisions.
• Design and maintain databases to support data collection and investigations.
• Highlight data issues and propose process improvements to improve metric tracking.
