Job summary

Adecco is seeking an Analyst, Commercialization, Warehouse & Logistics Operations (FMCG) to drive data-driven insights across warehouse operations and co-packing coordination. You will develop dashboards, monitor KPIs, and support cost, service, and quality improvements.

Candidate should have 2–3 years in logistics analytics, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and be comfortable working in a hybrid environment split between the MY HQ and Shah Alam Warehouse.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2–3 years of logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain analytics experience.
• Strong Excel and Power BI skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze warehouse operation data to identify cost, efficiency, and quality improvements.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for operational visibility.
• Coordinate and monitor co-packing and value-added services (VAS).
• Support continuous improvement projects and KPI reporting.
