Job summary

Hoi Yong Fruits Marketing Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a responsible and hands-on Operation Executive to support daily warehouse and cold-room operations, ensuring accurate receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch while maintaining inventory accuracy and food safety.

You will coordinate with Sales, Procurement and Logistics, monitor FIFO/FEFO, monitor temperatures, supervise warehouse staff, and contribute to audits and continuous improvement to sustain product freshness and quality.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in warehouse, logistics or inventory operations.
• Experience in fresh produce, supermarket, FMCG, food distribution or cold-chain operations preferred.
• Familiar with inventory control and FIFO/FEFO practices.
• Proficient with warehouse management systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Able to work in a cold-room / fresh produce warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse Operations: coordinate and monitor daily receiving, unloading, storage, picking, packing, loading and dispatch.
• Inventory Management: monitor stock levels, conduct stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Fresh Produce & Cold Room Management: ensure proper handling, temperatures and product condition.
• Team & Manpower Coordination: assign tasks, monitor productivity and ensure adequate manpower.
• Equipment & Facility Monitoring: oversee forklifts, jacks, weighing equipment and racking systems.
• Documentation & Reporting: maintain records and prepare operations reports for audits.
