Job summary

Dynaciate Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking a stock control assistant to manage inventory updates and ensure accurate records for all materials received and issued. You will use ERP software to log quantities and maintain data integrity.

Role involves regular stock counts, discrepancy reporting, and coordination with procurement and production teams to support continuous operations and quality control.

Qualifications

• Basic computer literacy required.
• Familiarity with inventory software ERP.
• Stock/inventory management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Update stock management software EPR and record quantities of incoming and outgoing materials.
• Audit physical inventory counts regularly against database records and report discrepancies immediately.
