Job summary

CALIV GROUP SDN BHD is seeking a full-time warehouse assistant in Johor, Malaysia. The role involves receiving, organizing, and stocking goods, picking and packing orders, and coordinating courier preparations.

You will maintain FIFO/FEFO practices, support inventory counts, and collaborate with Sales, CS, Admin, and Operations teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations. This position offers opportunities for promotion and requires reliable commuting to Skudai area.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, check, and arrange incoming stock and supplies.
• Verify the quantity and condition of goods received against relevant documents.
• Report any damaged, missing, or incorrect stock to the immediate supervisor.
• Ensure all products are stored properly in their designated locations.
• Assist in stock rotation and ensure products are arranged according to FIFO/FEFO practices where applicable.
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately according to order details.
• Ensure the correct products, quantities, flavours, packages, and promotional/free gift items are packed.
• Check the condition of products before packing to minimise damaged or incorrect shipments.
• Prepare parcels for courier collection and ensure orders are ready according to the daily dispatch schedule.
• Assist with high-volume packing during campaigns, promotions, and peak sales periods.
• Assist in monitoring stock levels and maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Conduct regular stock counts and participate in monthly or scheduled stocktakes.
• Report stock discrepancies, damaged products, expired/near-expiry products, or low-stock items.
• Ensure physical stock is properly organised and matches warehouse records.
• Assist in maintaining proper records for stock movement, including incoming and outgoing goods.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse at all times.
• Arrange products systematically to maximise warehouse space and facilitate easy stock retrieval.
• Ensure packing materials, equipment, and supplies are stored properly after use.
• Follow company procedures relating to workplace safety, cleanliness, and product handling.
• Assist in preparing parcels and documentation for courier collection.
• Coordinate with the relevant team regarding pending, incomplete, or problematic orders.
• Assist in handling returned parcels and returned products according to company procedures.
• Ensure parcels are handed over to the correct courier or delivery personnel.
• Assist with loading and unloading goods when required.
• Support warehouse activities during stock arrivals, campaigns, events, and promotional periods.
• Work closely with the Sales, Customer Service, Admin, and Operations teams when necessary.
• Perform other warehouse and operational duties assigned by the supervisor or management from time to time.
