Job summary

Jora Malaysia in Seremban is seeking a Warehouse Associate to receive incoming goods, verify against orders, and store them in orderly locations. You will pick and prepare components, pack for shipping, and assist with dispatch documentation.

You will operate forklifts safely, perform regular stock counts, and uphold 5S and health and safety standards. Collaboration with Production and Procurement teams is essential to ensure timely availability of materials.

Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts and pallet trucks.
• Experience in warehouse or logistics environment.
• Ability to follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming goods and verify them against purchase orders or delivery notes for accuracy and quality.
• Accurately store goods in designated locations within the warehouse to maintain an organized storage system.
• Pick and prepare materials and components according to job orders, ensuring that quantities and specifications are correct.
• Pack goods securely for internal distribution or external shipping, using proper packaging materials and methods.
• Manage dispatch operations by loading goods safely and preparing all necessary shipping documentation.
• Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, in compliance with safety standards and operational guidelines.
• Conduct routine inventory counts and assist in stock control processes to minimize discrepancies and ensure product availability.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment by applying 5S principles and adhering to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Report damaged materials, shortages, or quality nonconformities promptly to supervisors for resolution.
