Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking a warehouse assistant to ensure timely and accurate order preparation, packing, and delivery. The role involves organizing stock, maintaining inventory levels, and stocking materials as needed.

You will coordinate with third-party transporters, keep a safe, clean work environment, and report monthly stock counts. This is an on-site position based in Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia, with training provided and standard shifts.

Responsibilities

• Arrange, re-packing and deliver orders or goods in a time efficient and accurate manner.
• Organize stocks, maintain inventories and re-stock materials as and when is required.
• Deliver orders to customer on time.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat.
• Maintains clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
• Check spools on work orders and resolve all other issues at the warehouse level.
• Track inventory in appropriate system and provide monthly stock count report.
• Liaise & plan delivery with third-party transporter/forwarder.
