Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse operations for smooth material movement and storage
• Receive, check, label, and store incoming goods per procedures
• Issue raw materials and items to production accurately and on time
• Perform SAP transactions and maintain warehouse records
• Coordinate with production and external providers for timely transfers and deliveries
• Conduct weighing activities and complete required checklists and records
• Assist with stock counts and annual inventory checks to maintain accuracy
• Follow SOPs, safety requirements and company policies in daily operations
• Maintain 5S housekeeping and meet KPIs
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by supervisors

Where You’ll Make a Difference

Support daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth material movement and storage activities.

Receive, check, label, and store incoming goods according to warehouse procedures.

Issue raw materials and other items to production accurately and on time.

Perform SAP transactions and maintain accurate warehouse records and documentation.

Coordinate with Production and external warehouse providers to ensure timely material transfers and deliveries.

Conduct lorry and tanker weighing activities and complete the required checklists and records.

Assist with stock counting, cycle counts, and annual inventory checks to maintain inventory accuracy.

Follow all warehouse SOPs, safety requirements, and company policies in daily operations.

Maintain good housekeeping (5S), meet assigned KPIs, and carry out additional duties assigned by supervisors.

What Makes You the Right Fit

At least 2 years of warehouse, logistics, or store operations experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Basic knowledge of SAP or warehouse management systems is preferred.

Able to perform material handling, stock receiving, storage, and inventory-related tasks accurately.

Responsible, safety-conscious, and able to follow work procedures and instructions.

Good teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work on shifts when required.
