Lamarsa Coffee Machine Company seeks a reliable Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations and logistics. You will help receive, store, and pick orders, ensure proper labeling and inventory accuracy, and coordinate with delivery partners for timely dispatch.

Ideal candidates are physically fit with warehouse or logistics exposure, a team mindset, and good time management. Fresh graduates are welcome; attractive benefits and training are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent and above.
• Experience in warehouse or logistics preferred.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferably with driving license GDL.
• Good teamwork, responsibility, and time management.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsabilités

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods and equipment.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or self-collection.
• Ensure proper labeling, handling, and storage of all items.
• Conduct regular stock checks and assist in inventory updates.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space.
• Coordinate with delivery partners for dispatch and assist loading/unloading.
• Support documentations for deliveries, including DOs and receiving notes.
• Follow up on shipment tracking and update relevant teams.
• Report damaged or missing items promptly.
• Assist showroom stock movement or event equipment when needed.

Job Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods and equipment.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or self-collection.
• Ensure proper labeling, handling, and storage of all items.
