Boost Juice in Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse activities at TD15, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing and handover of goods.
You will ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time, maintain stock integrity, and follow FIFO/FEFO and food safety requirements. Fresh candidates with the right attitude are welcome; 1–2 years of experience is preferred but not required. The role also supports Klang Valley and outstation deliveries.

The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for the day-to-day physical warehouse activities at TD15, including receiving, checking, put-away, picking, packing, sorting and handing over goods for delivery.
TD15 primarily supports the distribution of Boost Juice outlets throughout Malaysia. The role is responsible for ensuring all orders are prepared accurately, safely and on time based on the Delivery Orders (DO) processed in SAP.
Key Responsibilities
1. Goods Receiving & Put-Away
Receive incoming stocks from the warehouse and direct suppliers.
Check physical quantity and condition of goods upon receipt.
Report any shortage, damage, incorrect item or discrepancy immediately.
Arrange and put away stock at the correct designated storage location.
Ensure stock is properly labelled and organised.
Follow FIFO/FEFO principles where applicable.
2. Picking & Packing
Pick items accurately according to the Delivery Order (DO).
Verify item/SKU and quantity before packing.
Pack loose items securely to minimise damage or leakage during transportation.
Ensure each parcel/carton is correctly labelled according to the receiving outlet.
Ensure all orders are completed within the required timeline for delivery.
3. Sorting & Delivery Handover
Sort completed orders according to outlet, delivery route and delivery method.
Prepare Klang Valley orders for collection by the appointed transporter.
Prepare outstation orders for the appointed courier.
Ensure all parcels and cartons are correctly labelled before handover.
Verify the number of parcels handed over against the relevant DO/delivery documentation.
Report missed collection, damaged parcels or delivery issues immediately.
4. Inventory & Stock Control
Maintain accurate physical stock within TD15.
Perform regular stock counts/cycle counts when required.
Report stock discrepancies, damaged stock, expired/short-dated stock and unidentified stock.
Ensure physical stock is stored according to the correct SKU and location.
Assist in investigating stock discrepancies when required.
Ensure there is no unauthorised stock movement or removal from the warehouse.
5. Warehouse Organisation & Housekeeping
Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment.
Ensure picking and packing areas are kept clear after operations.
Arrange stocks systematically for easy identification and picking.
Ensure cartons, packaging materials and waste are properly managed.
Follow company food safety, hygiene and workplace safety requirements.
6. Operational Support
Process delivery orders in system.
Highlight any DO that cannot be fulfilled due to insufficient stock, damaged stock or other operational issues.
Support urgent outlet requirements when instructed.
Assist with other warehouse and supply chain activities when required.
Job Requirements
Education
Minimum SPM or equivalent.
Certificate/Diploma in Warehouse, Logistics or Supply Chain is an advantage but not compulsory.
Experience
Preferably 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, storekeeping, picking/packing, logistics or similar roles.
Experience in F&B, QSR, FMCG or food distribution is an advantage.
Fresh candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn may also be considered.
Able to read and understand Delivery Orders, item codes/SKUs and quantities.
Basic inventory and warehouse knowledge.
Basic computer/system knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory.
Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
Able to organise and prioritise multiple outlet orders.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Physically fit and able to perform warehouse activities including standing, picking, packing and moving cartons.
Responsible, punctual, disciplined and trustworthy.
Able to work under pressure during high-volume or promotional periods.
