Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks a diligent warehouse assistant to manage inventory and logistics at Plaza Low Yat, Kuala Lumpur.

You will receive stock, arrange items by brand and model, wrap and repack demo units, perform regular stock checks, and ensure compliance with SOPs. Strong communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia, or Mandarin and good time management are essential.

Candidates should hold SPM/STPM, diploma, or degree, and be willing to work at the Kuala Lumpur location.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin to interact with clients.
• Organized with strong communication and excellent time management skills.
• Willing to work at Plaza Low Yat, Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse operations and stock flow according to brand/model specifications.
• Receive stock and arrange according to brand/model.
• Wrap stock and repack demo units.
• Conduct regular stock checks and ensure stock accuracy.
• Execute division policies and adhere to SOPs.
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks as required.

Responsible for warehouse management, stock receiving, outgoing and arrange stock according to brand/model.

Responsible for stock wrapping, prepare/repacking of demo units.

Conduct stock check and ensure stock accuracy.

Execute division policy and ensure full adoption and comply with workflow or standard operation procedures.

To undertake any ad-hoc tasks as and when required.

Requirements:

Can communicate with English, Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/ Diploma/Degree in any field.

Organized, strong communication and excellent time management skills.
